The Middle Georgia State College
Chamber Singers, directed by Rebecca Lanning, will present their spring
concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, in the Arts Complex Rehearsal
Hall on the Macon Campus.
The Chamber Singers will be joined by the Middle Georgia State Drumming
Ensemble, directed by Miguel Castro, and Robert McTyre, tenor. The music
will include everything from swing to U2 to the multi-movement Bandari
that features Afro-Caribbean and African rhythms from Tanzania, South
Africa and Kenya.
This event is free and open to the public.
